Job Description

What you'll be doing:

As a #vidit Account Executive (AE) you will have the ability to sell to all markets with no geographic restriction of Arizona. You will identify and solicit new business, and grow existing accounts. You are responsible for developing solutions in the form of persuasive proposals in response to client needs and/or opportunities. You are also responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through cooperative communication and problem solving.


Some of the things you'll be doing include:


Soliciting new clients by cold calling dailyWeekly CRM updates

Staying current with applications, technical services, market conditions and competitive activities.

Servicing client accounts to insure customer delight.

Timely processing sales orders and video production requests.


Who you are:

Proven results generating revenue and meeting/exceeding established sales goals

3+ years experience in selling a service preferably in eCommerce or technology

Bachelors degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.

You know the sales process from end to end, from leads, to closing, to account management.

The Marketing and Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with general marketing duties, sales reporting, and providing administrative support for #vidit.


Qualification Requirements:


Degree in marketing a plus

Experience in marketing, communications, public relations or related field preferred

Responsibilities and Duties:

Entry Level Project Manager


Description:

The Project Manager is a liaison between clients, colleagues and contractors for a variety of video projects. They will enable all parties to do their jobs as well as possible by keeping them motivated and armed with all necessary information and tools, as well as keeping clients up-to-date on the status of their projects.


As a project manager at #vidit you will be responsible for seeing video project through from beginning to end. Once a video is sold, the client will be passed on to you and you will serve as the client’s main contact until they have received their video and are completely satisfied. You will schedule client meetings, set milestones, manage the animators and script writers on each project and be responsible for delivering projects within their allocated budget.


Clients can be a lot of work and it takes real skill to deliver an excellent client experience. Your goal is to meet their expectations and deliver a great final product all while staying on schedule and within budget. We have developed a successful process here and mastering that process will be the key to your success in this role. You need to be able to juggle client’s schedules, your schedule as well as the schedules of the staff you work with.


This role, like every role at #vidit, involves the use of computers and several web-based tools. We use programs like Trello, WordPress, Microsoft Office Word and & Excel Spreadsheets, Google Calendar, Google Voice, YouTube Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to manage our projects as our clients are all over the country. Familiarity with these programs is certainly as asset and experience working with computer and online is an absolute must.
